Trek:
ANNAPURNA ADVENTURE
Duration: 10 Days
Grade: Easy
Accommodation: Lodge Based
This comfortable altitude trek is
ideally suited for the first-tie trekker. It offers a
spectacular introduction to trekking in Nepal.
You will be trekking in the Annapurna area which lies north of
the lakeside city of Pokhara in central Nepal. It is dominated
by the Annapurna Himalayan range which includes Mt. Annapurna
I (8091m). Trekking here is very popular because of its
terrific mountain and village scenery.
As you leave Pokhara and wind your way u p terraced hillsides
into the mountains, you will be p assign through bright
Rhododendron forests and charming villages perched on
precarious ridge tops. The Rhododendron is Nepal’s national
flower. Mammals like the rhesus monkey, common langur,
yellow-throated marten and the Himalayan weasel are often
encountered on the trek.
Nepal’s cultural diversity unfolds before you on the trial,
you will be walking through villages of Gurungs, and Magar
communities provide most of the Gurkha soldiers who have
earned worldwide fame for their bravery. Ghandrung (1,940m) is
the second-largest Gurung village in Nepal and consists of
closely-clustered, slate-roofed houses surrounded by nearly
terraced fields. You can get fantastic views of Mt. Annapurna
South and the fish-tail side of Machhapuchhre from here.
You will also meet exotic mule trains that are reminiscent of
the ancient Tibetan trade route. From Ghorepani you can enjoy
the spectacular panorama of Dhaulagiri I (8467m, the eight
highest mountain in the world), Nilgiri (7061m). Annapurna I,
Himalchuli and other summits. Poon Hill, offering the best
peak views in the highlight of our trek.

Day 01 |
ARRIVAL –KATHMANDU
Kathmandu
The small mountain sheltered valley; the arrival and visit
point for the visitors is the historical and architectural
center point of Nepal which was crowned with the title of
"Capital City" after the great unification of Nepal in 1768
AD.
Welcome With Flower Garlands & Transfer To Hotel.

Day 02 |
Breakfast at the coffee shop of the Hotel.
AM Sightseeing tour of Boudhnath & Pashupatinath.
Boudhanath
This is the largest stupa in Nepal and one of the largest in
the world. It is a religious center for Nepal’s considerable
population of Tibetans and there a number of thriving
monasteries around the stupa which have their own self-
importance.
Pashupatinath
Pashupatinath the most important Hindu temple in Nepal, it’s
one of the most important Shiva temples on the subcontinent
and draws numerous devotees from all over India each year.
Pashupati is considered to have a special concern for the
kingdom of Nepal.
PM Sightseeing tour of Patan, Patan Durbar Square &
Swayambunath.
Patan
Patan is 15 minutes drive from Kathmandu. Lalitpur, the city
of beauty is separated from Kathmandu only by the Bagmati
River and is the second largest town in the valley. Lalitpur
is fragmented from other cities due to its substantive
architectural ancient masterpieces. Patan’s central Durbar
Square is absolutely packed with temples: it’s an
architectural center point with a far greater concentration of
temples per sq. meter than in Kathamandu or Bhaktapur.
Swayambhunath
The Buddhist temple of Swayambhunath, situated on the top of a
hill west of the city, is one of the most popular and
instantly recognizable symbols of Nepal. Geologists believe
that the Kathmandu Valley was once a lake and legends relate
that the hill on which Swayambhunath stands was an island in
that lake.

Pokhara
Pokhara is one of the imaginary realistic part of Nepal. This
is the second touristic destination of the country. Pokhara
stands at 884 meters above sea level, about 700 meters lower
than Kathmandu. The valley has three large lakes: Rupa Tal,
Begnas Tal and Phewa Tal. Pokhara is a place of remarkable
natural beauty. The serenity of Phewa Lake and the
magnificence of the fishtailed summit of Machhapuchhre
[6,977m] rising behind it create an ambiance of peace and
magic .
Arrive Pokhara & continue drive to Phedi (1130m).

Trek to Tadapani (2590m). |

Trek to Ghorepani (2750m). |

Day 07 |
Early morning visit Poon Hill and Trek to Tirkhedhunga
(1540m). |

Day 08 |
Trek to Nayapul (1070m). & drive to Pokhara (850m). Arrive Pokhara - Check in Hotel. Free time to relax .

Breakfast at the coffee shop of the Hotel. Pokhara/
Kathmandu by land.
Evening: Rest of the day free time on your own.
